Store managers need to identify, assign, and keep track of the tasks that need to be performed on the day at the store. Manager logs to the application every morning, creates a list of the tasks for the day. Most of the tasks can be picked from a template as they are common tasks that need to be done on a daily basis, after selecting the common tasks, Manager creates a set of additional one-off tasks.
Manager then selects the team members (employees) that will be available for the day and then assigns the tasks to the different team members.
Manager receives a daily and weekly report of task activity by the team.
