These steps will lead you to create a copy of the app script project. You will then link the copy to the AppSheet automation enabling the app to create the reports in Sheets and Slides.
Step 1: Copy this app script located here:

Step 2: Copy this app by selecting "Copy and Customize" located near the top left of this page.
Step 3: After the app opens in the editor, navigate to the Automation tab and select the third automation labeled, "When an export request is submitted, create the doc and email the user"
Step 4: Scroll down until you see the actions "Create Model" and "Create Slides"
Step 5: Click "Create Model" and on the left hand side, under "Apps Script Project", select the paper icon.
Step 6: When the file browser opens, select the app script project that you copied. You will then need to Authorize this script
Step 7: After you have authorized the script, save the app. You are now ready to deploy the app and share it with your organization.
