How we built this app
We use two lookup formulas in this example:
LOOKUP([Chosen Email], "Lookup Table", "Email", "Name")
LOOKUP([Chosen Email], "Lookup Table", "Email", "Color")
These functions find the row of "Lookup Table" whose "Email" column equals the email address entered by the user. Then, it returns the "Name" or "Color" value for that row.
