How to hide a field in a form, but show it in a detail view

This app shows how to hide a column in a form, but display it everywhere else in the app.
This can be done by:
- Setting the show_if of the column to false
- Setting "Apply show-if constraints universally" to false (under UX > Options)
In this app, the timestamp is hidden in the form and shown in the other views.
