1) Jobs: Jobs at different construction sites, ordered by time when the audit is last updated. Detailed view of each job has all information that needs to be checked.
2) Sites: All sites a construction firm have projects. From here, you can find contact person of each site and his or her phone and email.
3) Status: This is a place to have a quick view of project status of all sites
4) Add: Click on the + icon, you can add new sites, jobs and fill out the checklist form. On the form, you can turn pages, upload images and signatures, and click on Yes/No buttons.

How we built this app
We created this app using two spreadsheets with several columns that pertain to the questions asked in the form. Many questions are Yes/No questions. The form uses the “Show” Field Type and the UX > Forms > Options >“Tabs” to create new named pages for the next set of questions.
1. The Yes/No question types can be specified in the Editor > Data > Column Structure.
2. You’ll notice we used the “Show” type for page breaks. You can use the Show type and Tabs options to indicate you’d like the form to move on to the next named page for the subsequent questions. The names for the pages are created by editing the column definition > Category as “Page_Header and > Content as “Your Page Name”
3. Our Image columns activated the Image Field Type and appropriately displayed the images in the app. The app allows for image capture in the field.
4. A Phone column activated the Phone type in the Editor and appropriately displayed the corresponding call and text icons in the app— this allows the worker to contact the company for which construction is being performed if necessary.
5. We utilized five views in our app: one for a simple list of jobs with corresponding images, a gallery image that allows workers to scroll through larger job images rather than the list, a Map view and a Status view showing Complete and Not completed inspections. These are in the menu position.
6. We included a workflow rule that sends an email to the site manager each time a new Job site is added. Workflows are found in editor > Behaviour > Workflow
7. We also included an “Action” called completed that can be used to mark one or more Inspection rows as “Completed”. This is done in the editor >Behaviour > Actions
8. Formatting has been applied to highlight various data. This is done in the editor >UX >Format Rules.
