How we built this app

We built this app with AppSheet and an Excel file in Dropbox. The spreadsheet contained five columns: manufacturer name, the image locations (so AppSheet can find and display the corresponding images), product description, specs, and listed price. AppSheet automatically built the app and we did a few customizations: 1. We chose the theme color, background, and icon from the UX tab. All of the files we used to customize the app were located in the cloud storage client we used for the app (in this case, it was Dropbox). 2. AppSheet automatically recognized the images in the product image column and displayed the column as a gallery. 3. To make sure AppSheet located the images, we followed the instructions on AppSheet's documentation page: https://appsheethelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205111158-Images-and-documents 4. We added another worksheet to the app called "Where I'll be", which is a list of all the flea markets where the seller will be selling products in the upcoming months. We created a UX view over the worksheet, named it "Find Me!", and chose a binoculars icon for the view. Users can use the app to track where this seller will be selling goods in the future. Because we included addresses, potential buyers can map the locations and get driving directions to the markets.
This is a preview of the data sets used in the app.
