How we built this app

We built this app by adding two tables, one for locations and one for audits. There is a reference (REF) between audits and locations so each audit is connected to a unique location. This will help the user start an audit directly from a location instead of pre-filling the location field. The app also uses SHOW IF conditions in the audit form. The auditor can choose to enter Text, a Drawing, or a Picture to the form based on a previous response. This comes in handy when the app creator doesn't want the user going through all the questions but rather through a set of branches in the same form. If you want to add your own questions to the form, simply copy this app and locate the table created for Audits. You can add more columns there. Each column will be a question in the app and you can use SHOW IF conditions to display the question or not. After you modify the columns, click on Regenerate column structure in the App Editor > Data > Column Structure. This will make AppSheet refresh the template for the app and reflect the new columns that are part of it.
This is a preview of the data sets used in the app.
