ChatGPT & GPT4 -- How to include chat syntax
The purpose of this app is to continue the evolution of the OpenAi Convo app to include the use of newer models that require "Chat Syntax" to function properly. This will allow for the use of the ChatGPT model (aka gpt-3.5-turbo) and any of the GPT4 models.
It also shows how to utilize the newer GPT4-Vision model, allowing you to submit URLs to images that will be sent to the Ai along with your text prompt.

How we built this app
This evolution of the app brings in a few changes:
- A new table: Models
- A conditional modifier to the [Messages_Reformatting], to handle Chat Syntax when needed
- A similar modification to the script
