Bring your stock ordering levels in on par.
This app is designed for restaurants and fast food outlets however any business that stocks inventory can use this. In edit mode this app will generate an order based on the stock count which you enter and will automatically email the pdf of your order to your supplier. The system will check that all your stock has been counted and will calculate how much stock needs to be ordered to meet the projected sales for the week.

How we built this app
This app is a demo which works off the google sheets however the paid version has an SQL Server back-end which does all the work of creating the orders, checking the stock counts, calculating the quantities to order, generating the pdf order, and emailing it to the supplier. The Scan Count function will open the scanner, scan the QR code, collect the stock count from the order, update the database and then automatically open the scanner again. The design makes the user interface as simple as possible and leaves the heavy lifting to be done by the system automatically.
