An app to help machine auditors automate data capture, notifications and workflows.
Function: Inspections & Surveys
The equipment auditor can easily navigate the form, which could be multiple pages, by clicking on the form section tabs. If an equipment doesn't pass an audit, a required field will show up for the auditor to write repair request descriptions. After the auditor saved the audit form, he or she will see on the Repairs View information about the failed equipment. The app uses security filters so that the auditor can only see relevant data when he or she signs in with email. We used Valid_If to only show machines that are currently active. How we built this app
You can use security filters to restrict data access. Here is one example. Go to Data—>Tables—>Audits—>Security. Put [Auditor] = USEREMAIL() in Security Filter. On the All Audits view, users will only see the data about the audits they conducted.
