This app allows a property manager to conveniently fill out and organize tenants' move-in and move-out checklists. Special features enable the landlord to fill out move-in and move-out data separately, with the ability to then view the complete data grouped by units.

Allows a property manager to input and organize move-in and move-out checklists.
We built this app using a Google Form and the AppSheet add-on.
1. The "Available" page displays a list of all the currently available units. The units are grouped based on the property to which they belong. By clicking on a unit, the user will be able to view detailed information as well as to create a new Move-in record for the unit.
2. The Move-in and Move-out pages show the Move-in checklist and the Move-out checklist respectively. The checklist references the units table and thus allows the user to pick from the list of all units. The checklist contains a series of questions with enumerated answers to allow the user to input the conditions of the unit at the time of move-in/move-out. The answers to the question are set to be editable only if the signature box is blank. This ensures that once the user signs the checklist the checklist can no longer be modified.
3. In the menu, the user can choose to see a list of all the properties. The user can also choose to see the units in each property. This can be done by creating slices for the units table based on the name of the property.
